Management Service Agreements Innovated Solutions
Pro-Active Service Agreement Coverage:
Our pro-active service agreement provides all of the services needed
to keep up with today’s growing technological work environment.
Innovated Solutions will design an agreement that suits the
particular needs of the client. This agreement will include
comprehensive plans with options to add, upgrade, or expand support,
depending upon the requirements and budget constraints of the
client. System design, full-line upgrades, peripherals, accessory
hardware and software are just a few items that we encourage our
clients to consult with us about. Familiarizing ourselves with each
client’s unique network, staff members, and other ongoing issues
will enable Innovated Solutions staff to respond to issues quickly
and effectively. Under most circumstances we will make ourselves
available for same day service. Our staff will present the most cost
effective means of maintaining all computer and network needs. Our
company believes in building mutually beneficial long-term
relationships and offering first class service. Regular Services:
- Install hardware & software
- Ongoing installation of virus, software, and security updates
- Train employees about general computer maintenance
- Routine hard drive Back-Ups
- Trouble-shoot hardware and software issues
- Configure printers
- Response Time
- Priority Response
Innovated Solutions will make every effort to provide same day
service for all of their clients.
- Emergency Response
- Phone/E-mail Support
All phone support will be billed in fifteen-minute
increments, rounded to the nearest billing increment and charged
against the prepaid service agreement. Email support will be
handled on a client by client basis, depending on the scope of
the problem and the client needs. Prices quoted are for normal
business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. After hour
service is available with a rate to be assessed with individual
clients based on technology needs. |
